Have you everty thown up to get rid of
toxins?
I know I have.
Sometimes, I eat the wrong food
when I am exhausted.
I cannot tell you how many times I have done
conferences and gotten my self so exhausted
that I come up with a headache.
I make the mistake of eating too much
higher protein at the wrong time,
thinking that this would be good for me.
I actually need rest, not higher protein in those times.
My liver cannot handle the protein and the
i create TOXEMIA. My organs are exhausted
and crying for self love.
My organs are already full of TOXEMIA...
anyone with a Chronic illness has TOXEMIA.
That is health 101.

who was a friend and mentor of Bernard Jensen.
So, is there any way to NOT barf when our immune system
is needing to UNLOAD TOXEMIA????
Can you imagine having to speak and have a headache????
These are some of the things I do on the Easy Does it
get rid of Toxemia Program:
I take Rosemary. I boil it. I breathe it in. Rosemary
is a Liver Detoxifyer. I let the Rosemary boil and I breathe this in.
I know if I do this on a regular basis, rather than waiting for the time
when I have a headache, this is called PREVENTION.
I also grow arromatic herbs. I make sure I have lots of Chocolate
Scented peppermint. Take some leaves of the peppermint and rub,
rub, rub. Rub, Rub, Rub. Keep your hands closed and bring your hands up to your nose. Breathe in. This will change your headache, and helps me
stop barfing.
Sometimes, when I have a headache, I know that the best thing
I can do for myself is to BARF.
BARK, BARK, BARF
I drink water. Lots of it.
Then I barf and feel so much better!!!
Did I say BARK?
Actually, that is what happens...
when I am BARFING...
I am having all kinds of insights as to WHY I am BARFING.
AM I TRUSTING?
AM I TENSE?
AM I ALLOWING MY BODY TO BE TOUCHED ENOUGH?
AM I WORKING TOO HARD?
AM I TAKING ENOUGH TIME FOR ME?
AM I DOING TOO MUCH?
AM I WORKING TOO HARD?
AM I EATING in a WAY THAT SOMETIMES
allows my ORGANS to have a SHABBAT?
DO I TAKE DAYS OFF AND JUST DRINK WATER
or SOME FLUIDS TO REST?
DO I DO ACCUPUNCTURE OR GET MASSAGE SO
the KNOTS and KINKS work out?
Have I had an ORGASM lately
alone or with someone who I love
or maybe some gentle safe hugs from someone
who REALLY LOVES ME, NO MATTER WHAT?
Am I lucky enough to allow myself to
have such a person in
my life, because I am on the "easy does it ,
I a happier and healthy RELEASE TENSION" PROGRAM?
Have I had an epsom salt balt lately do allow my skin
to release toxins?
Have you giving yourself an enema lately?
Did you ever try an enema with trace minerals to suck
out some toxins?
Have I had a bath lately with someone I love,
and giggled a lot and allowed my body to be
pampered and kissed all over?
THIS IS YOUR ENCHANTED GARDENER's
