This is from a conversation with Carlos Daub, the man who is tending the Greenhouse of Biodynamic plants at Tierra Miguel Farm.

Last night at Peter Dukich's 90th Birthday
celebration, I had a conversation
with Carlos Daub who orchestrates
the Greenhouse at Tierra Miguel CSA,
a farm that offeres high quality Bio-Dynamic Food
to communities in LA, Orange County, Riverside
and San Diego.

Biodynamic compost building is essential
to Biodynamic food growing.

Special Preparations of key herbs
such as Dandelion are collected.

Carlos is from Germany.
He is helping Tierra Miguel establish
the growing of their own preparations
from the plants of the field.

He is quite a dancer.
He has a lot of flexibility.

He told me
"We are so proud.
We have to bend
down to the Kingdom below us...
to the plants and minerals...
We were raised up from these Kingdoms.
We have to bend
down to them like a child.
You become small as a child."

When you bend down to nature,
she reveals her secrets.
