Once I started clearing my space, everything looks dirty! I can only do so much more now, but i welcome the healing that has come from winning back some areas of my office and bedroom from clutter and dirt.

I have put more time into decluttering my office and bedroom since December 1 than doing any other activity in my life. This is somethng entirely new for me. This is part of my cure for retooling my life for the next 20 years. This is a natural remedy for the diarrhea I have been having for many months. This is a natural cure for looking energetically at the things in my life, and how my energy has been blocked from doing too many things.
I have to pause now. I have the Natural Products Expo West to prepare for in nine days. That is my first roadtrip of the year.
I am going to take a little time this morning to vacuum, and make sure a chair is empty.
Bringing more consciousness to my immediately environment has sensitized me to how energy is flowing through my life and health.
These are a few of my WINS:
I have taken back an area to the right of my bed that was filled with boxes and dust for more than three years. For the life of me, I was doing too many things to address this, yet is was an unending drain of energy.
I am sitting at a cleared desk, as of yesterday. There is nothing but a few current projects on it, stuff I need to do today, and a lucky Bamboo, and some red rununcula (sp?) flowers. It is 90% empty .
I have won back about 50% of my closet, moving a lot of books from my bedroom in it neatly on shelves. I am asking myself why I need all these books in the first place.
I have claimed a whole new area in front of me that is now empty. Yikes! I cleared it last night. Can I afford to take time to take a microfiber cloth and give it a good dusting.
How is that dust in front of me affecting the flow of energy through my body?
I received an email from my friend Lurrae Lupone in Connecticut. She has made a living doing Feng Shui and teaching this. She sent me a long range plan that I will share with my CureZone family later.
I will close now, make a health drink, vacuum, dust a bit,
and then start my shifting my energy to photos and prep for the Expo.
There are some lovely food photos I want to share from
Sunday's Farmers' Market I would like to share as part of my NPEW (Natural Products Expo West) Prep.
