Incredible Raw Desserts

Insanely delicious chocolate!
Valya's Velvet Chocolate:
1 cup raw cashew or macadamia butter
1/4 cup water
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons raw carob powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
Blend well, pour in a flat dish, freeze until solid
Serves 1-12
(depending on how much you like chocolate)
This is seriously good stuff, so be careful! ;)

Chocolate pudding
Could It Be Chocolate Pudding?

Ingredients:
12 dates
12 black mission figs
1 quart purified water
1 tsp raw carob powder
Directions:
Blend 12 dates, 12 black mission figs
and 1 quart of purified water.
(More or less water may be needed depending
on the dryness of your fruit.)
Start with slightly less.
Add one teaspoon of raw carob powder.
Chill and serve in in pudding glasses.

Vanilla Custard
2 cups young coconut flesh
1 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup coconut water
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients together until totally smooth.
You may use a food processor for this.
Can be eaten plain, or with fresh fruits.
Serve as a cream poured over a bowl of berries
for a great treat. Serve in individual bowls
with a mint leaf for garnish.
Better than any commercial vanilla pudding out there!

Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce!
Soft Serve Ice Cream
This is the real thing!
1 cup coconut water
1 ½ cup almond milk
1 cup chopped young coconut meat
2 tbs. coconut oil
¼ cup agave nectar
¼ cup chopped dates
Seeds from ¼ sun dried vanilla bean
Pinch of salt
How to:
Blend everything till smooth.
Pour batter in ice cube trays and freeze until frozen.
Using a Champion juicer with the blank attachment,
feed the juicer the frozen ice cream cubes.
Watch how it transforms into soft serve ice cream!
Decorate with chopped nuts and caramel sauce.
Caramel Sauce
3 tbs. truly raw cashews or macadamia nuts
3 tbs. almond milk
1 tbs. honey
1 tbs. agave nectar
2 tbs. chopped dates
How to:
Blend everything in a high-speed blender.
Strain the sauce through a sieve.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Have the best day ever!
