Sending some Light


When I just sent you a ray of light, I prayed and asked the Universe
to connect you with the healing - good energy - that I was
sending...and may IT bless you and embrace you.

Sending you light is like throwing a ball of energy through the sun.
Your Spirit is vast and powerful. You have given so much focus to
certain elements that your power has made it intense. Change your focus (for
example, think about something that would make you feel good, happy,
uplifted, etc.) and allow yourself to let new higher energy to flow in.

Let go of the past and release the people of long ago. Its time to
begin to love your life. Its time to stop holding on to feelings and
memories of yesterday and let the NOW feel good inside. Let your body
release the old and let healthy new energies flow in like a wave washing up
on shore. See green and white sparkles come towards you and then feel
this Light touch you as it enters your body. Feel the place that´s
empty or achy inside become filled up with warmth and brightness.

No more suffering.

Let your life be about Joy.

The hard shell has begun to break away. The limitation, surrounding
you as a hard shell, has begun to dissolve.

Trust this process of going higher.

Once again, see green and white sparkles come towards you and then
feel this Light touch you as it enters your body. Feel the place that´s
empty or achy inside become filled up with warmth and brightness. Give
yourself permission to receive joy, happiness, Light, love, and peace.
Just know that every person, place, and thing has forgiven you as you
forgive All as well. You can relax and float upward. Right NOW is a
good place to BE. Feel this as you relax and float higher.
