Magic Meditation
After a day filled with a variety of different kinds of energy, some
tense and some relaxed, it's time to unwind and let go of this tension
through Meditation. The kind of meditation we are taught is called
"Relaxation" for it is a process whereby we relax all the muscles in the
body, and quieting our thoughts through focus on our breathing, and then
what we want.
"Every day will be a mixture of "good" and "evil." Happiness consists
in placing the emphasis on The Good and Beautiful things of the day
rather than on the "bad" things that bother you."

We have a built-in way to happiness - RELAX. Get into the happy habit.
Expect it. We do a lot of things simply because of habit. When you
feel unhappiness coming on, just stop and relax.

If what ever I send out comes back to me. then it becomes my choice. my
responsibility. for choosing whether to take the Initiative at every
opportunity to find reasons to express happiness and joy, remembering
every good thought I can think of, or appreciating what's in front of me.
what ever is at hand that I can focus on to keep my attention on happy,
pleasant thoughts.
Any moment of tension or unhappiness is caused by some emotional
pattern that needs to be examined if we are to reach perfection.

What kind of thoughts are you sending out today? Have you given
yourself permission to happily day-dream about what you want. OR are you sad
and disappointed that you don't have it yet?
If you knew that you could more easily manifest your desires if you
thought happily about what you Want, would you give yourself permission to
be happy? Would you take the Initiative? Would you insist on
transmitting a clear signal of what you Want?
What kind of world are you creating for yourself? Is it a world you
Want to live in for the sheer joy of it?
It's worth thinking about.
