Healing is Coherency

We heal our mind, body and spirit by removing the blocks we have inadvertantly constructed. Our egos, which are constructed by belief systems which together form our personalities, filter our experience of what would otherwise be pure consciousness. I call this an interference pattern. These patterns can be minimal and coherent or multi layered and incoherent. Generally through external consitioning we construct a story (a lie) about who we are and what we should do and how we should experience things.
We need to get clear so we can clean up our link to source energy (pure consciousness). Being clear is completely a matter of coherency. We become coherent by removing the blocking thought forms. Also, it is important to not be thinking soley with our brains but with our hearts as well. This helps us become more spirit centerd...more unified. The heartmath institute is doing some fine research in the area of heart/brain coherence. The importance of thinking with our heart cannot be stressed enough, for this trancends ego and helps maintain coherency witnhin and without.
There are many ways to remove blocks as discussed my many masters throughout the ages. Castaneda knew how, Don Miguel Ruiz has his method of clearing (Toltec wisdom). Brandon Bays has a great method called Journeying. Byron Katie has her method called "The Work." Energy medicine techniques such as EFT and TAT are very good at erasing incoherent belierfs buried deep in our subconscious.
Imagine how a hard drive gets cluttered over time with haphazard operations and fragrmented files(incoherent). At some point it needs to be cleaned up so that the system becomes faster, more efficient..in short...coherent. The above methods help us to access our subconscious to remove the energetic debris that is blocking our link to source...slowing us down (spiritually) and filtering our experience.
Healing is coherency.
