Kefir in the Raw!

The goodness and many blessings of raw milk extends into virtually all milk products such as kefir the amazing food that was most highly treasured by the Russian Army!

This blog writer has greatly enjoyed the unique nourishing extra ingredient/s in kefir since 1978 when a certain dairy was in existence in Southern California and delivering their kefir into health food stores in San Diego.

We can make our own raw milk kefir when we have access to raw milk!

This blog writer takes raw kefir and extends it into fermentation states to make a highly enhanced kefir and just added ghee to make a high flying cloud-like kefir!!
