January 16, 2024 - The Peace of God -

"Together we will disappear into the Presence beyond the veil, not to be lost but found; not to be seen but known.
And knowing, nothing in the plan God has established for salvation will be left undone.
This is the journey’s purpose, without which is the journey meaningless.
Here is the peace of God, given to you eternally by Him.
Here is the rest and quiet that you seek, the reason for the journey from its beginning."[6]*

December 24, 2023 - A Holiday Gift To You!

"To be born a second time is to be born to a new life, the life of the Kingdom of God, the life of the great Universal White Brotherhood. Two thousand years ago, in Palestine, Jesus gave us the key to all spiritual work, when he said, 'Unless a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.' ... the Master Omaam Mikhaël Aïvanhov interprets these words for our benefit.

The water Jesus speaks of is Love; the Spirit, fire, is Wisdom, and Love and Wisdom unite to give birth to Truth which is the new life. In his commentary, the Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov shows how these three virtues of Love, Wisdom and Truth, correspond to man's psychic structure composed of heart, mind and will. Explaining that our physical bodies mirror our psychic being, he shows how Cosmic Intelligence has inscribed the secret of love in our mouths, that of wisdom in our ears and that of truth in our eyes.

This volume, which is the first of a series, sets out the essential foundations of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov's Teaching and reveals the vast scope of his thought in which Holy Scripture, esoteric symbolism and the sciences of man and of nature meet and complete each other in one all-embracing synthesis."[5]

"...the world of wisdom and reason, which is the world of principles. Truth becomes so self-evident on that level that everyone is obliged to see things in the same way."[4]

"Stage 2: The Formal/Institutional Stage

The formal or institutional phase of spiritual development is one of religious awakening and consciousness. It involves a clear sense of right and wrong and, usually, of being part of a religious tribe or community. As antidotes to chaos, there are clear boundaries of both belief and behavior in Stage 2, centered around an authority—the pope, the Church, the Scripture, the tradition. These boundaries provide a rich matrix of meaning—the universe has purpose, God is real, what we do matters, and so forth.

(M. Scott) Peck (in "The Road Less Traveled) called Stage 2 the 'formal' stage because in it people get attached to the form of how things are done. Church-goers in Stage 2, for example, may get upset if you change the order of worship songs. I remember someone coming to me as a pastor deeply disturbed that I had added liturgical words ('This is the Word of the Lord'/'Thanks be to God') to our weekly Scripture readings; it reminded him of his Catholic upbringing, and not fondly. Our conversation was had in a good spirit, thank God—these sorts of conversations about 'the way things should be done' are not always so pleasant. After all, people’s emotional safety gets attached to the form of how things are done and they are often willing to fight to protect their sense of safety.

In Stage 2, people tend to act within a tight set of boundaries. They might not drink or see R-rated movies. The motivations for these convictions lie on a spectrum: they may be felt as a personal conviction, on the level of conscience (e.g., 'Scripture says the best path is, at the very least, moderation, so I’ll just avoid drinking altogether'). Or they may be engaged simply to be part of a tribe with accepted norms ('We don’t do those things'). Or they may be based in fear ('doing X may bring judgment upon me so I won’t do it') rather than any pro-active ethic ('Y is the right and good thing to do, so I won’t do X').

A scriptural example of Stage 2 is the nation of Israel coming under the Law at Sinai (Exodus 19-24). The nation moves from the chaos of slavery and desert wandering into a highly structured Law code which ensures tribal membership (including circumcision of the penis, in case anyone doubted they were serious). They return to Stage 1, worshipping a golden calf (Exodus 32), just as they turn, later, to the chaos of worshipping foreign gods (e.g., Ezekiel 14:6); nevertheless, the identity of Israel will ultimately be defined as a tribe and nation under a Law, the Torah, which they see as instituted by God Himself. They will live, increasingly, within clearly delineated boundaries and under ritualized institutional practices. The nation’s story over a millennia, up to and beyond the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD, is the struggle to faithfully keep the Law and live within the prescribed boundaries."[3]

Recapitulation from a Human Design perspective -

This blog-writer continues to follow his apparent never-ending interest toward a possible true mastery of Human Design. Usually his interests attracts him to “new” and better understandings of some of the more advanced aspects of Human Design and in the process of pursuing that he often finds more questions and/or wonderment that often amazes him - especially regarding the nature of true unique individuality and what it can take to actually live as our authentic selves.

On seemingly rare occasions he can feel a need to return to the original foundation as presented in the very first lesson taught by his first Human Design teacher: Zeno and such is the case in this present time. He is drawn to reviewing the foundational mode that is determined solely upon “definition”within the ”Human Design BodyGraphs” of the members of his “enchanted garden” household. There are quintessentially just two modes: “To Do” and “To Wait.” His mode is: “To Wait.”

He recognizes and accepts the fact that everyone has a completely unique perspective (that is most largely based upon their own human design way of perception) filtered through the lens of their own historical conditioning. He had entered the enchanted garden household with a seed realization of this, a seed that has sprouted and has been growing ever since (all along his way of gaining life experience according to how his human design works for him) which requires him “To Wait” and allow life to come to him so that he can respond. He responds best to invitations.

A prophetic anticipation of The Evolution of Mankind -

In the opening scene of the film: “2001 A Space Odyssey” and is “now widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential films ever made.”[1]

In this writer’s opinion the film needs too be viewed on a theater screen rather than on any device including TV/ computer screens, etc. and for a number of reasons. Firstly in regards to the potential for overall impact that can not be experienced on anything less than a screen that totally envelops the viewers direct and peripheral vision. There are many reasons for allowing for a full immersion into the film that begins with a prelude before the first scene that consists of a total alignment of the Earth, Moon and Sun along with music. Immersion at the start sets the tone for the whole film! (Without this immersion the film experience can only be "cerebral" at best.) The perspective on this is underscored by the intention of the creator: Stanley Kubrick.

“…Kubrick decided that he wanted the film to be a primarily nonverbal experience that did not rely on the traditional techniques of narrative cinema, and in which music would play a vital role in evoking particular moods. ...
2001 is particularly remembered for the use of the opening theme from the Richard Strauss tone poem Also sprach Zarathustra (usually translated as "Thus Spake Zarathustra" or "Thus Spoke Zarathustra"), performed by the Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Herbert von Karajan. The use of Strauss's Zarathustra may be a reference to the theme of mankind's eventual replacement by overmen (Übermenschen, not Untermenschen), in Nietzsche's book Thus Spoke Zarathustra. The piece is first heard in the opening title which juxtaposes the Sun, Earth, and Moon. It is subsequently heard when an ape first learns to use a tool, and when Bowman is transformed into the Star-Child at the end of the film. Zarathustra thus acts as a bookend for the beginning and end of the film, and as a motif signifying evolutionary transformations, first from ape to man, then from man to Star-Child.”[2]

The combination of the dramatic use of this “opening theme” magnificently synchronized with “the opening title” magnified a crystal of consciousness within this writer that continues to reverberate to today! He says: "You must see this film and in a fully submerged way!"
