So this fast has been easier than the last one. I am less hungry and my body seems to get whats happening. I have been drinking about 6 litres of water a day. I just sip it all day long. I have been having tea once in a while to sooth my stomach. My stomach gets a bit upset from time to time. The tea soothes it and I also will use a suppository when that happens to get rid of waste. When I fast, my body has trouble getting rid of waste so I help it along.

Its important to say that I am a big girl, losing a lot of weight at once so you have to cleanse as you go to release the toxins that are building up when you burn the fat. The fast helps maintain my skin elasticity while losing weight but only if you drink enough water. So lots of water, and suppositories at least once each day or two will release that chemical waste from burning all that fat. And it relieves your symptoms immediately.

More inches are lost with proper hydration too. You can live for a long time with no food, if you drink a lot of water when you're big. You don't have to worry about that. Do not do a fast, however, if you are diabetic.

Also what happens is the weight lost through fasting is harder to put back on. At least that is my experience.

When you are done a long fast, you need to listen to your body, not go back to your bad habits that got you here. So, the food that turns your stomach is the food that you should not eat. In my case, fatty foods and foods with high carbs turn my stomach. I like fish, chicken, eggs, veggies etc. You have to start back with liquids though.

Anyway, fasts are for people who are willing to make a sacrifice for their bodies. Researching the affects and changes your body goes through before hand is a must so that you know that it is normal when it happens.

So I am doing well and feel good. I have more energy this time and know what to expect now so its easier. Hopefully I will make it to 30 this time.

I have decided to weigh myself every 4 days instead of every day as it was becoming a bit discouraging. So in a couple of days I will put in my weight loss again,
