DAY 3 continued

Date:   9/17/2018 2:27:13 AM ( 6 y ago)

Hello again
OK so I am off my nights now and day 3 has officially ended for this water fast.

I had a rough time twice today with nausea, but they past quickly. Each time I sipped water slowly and went and had a pee. Immediately the nausea went away both times. Perhaps I need to drink more water.

I feel good this evening and have noticed that pain in my knee has gone down a lot and I am slightly more flexible.

I have insomnia tonight but its because I slept too long today after my night shift so nothing to do with the fast. I did have restless legs when I tried to sleep but this too has passed now.

I did not have tea or coffee during the day but this evening I am having a black tea just to try to help me sleep.

I cant stress how much easier this fast is than my first few fasts. I have way less cravings and am less hungry. This is because of the Keto diet I did to prepare for the fast. This is the first time I have done it this way and it is KEY to having an easier time in the hardest part of the fast in the first 5 days.

My tongue is white and my mouth is chalky so I am gargling with mouth wash to help that feel better.

My weight this evening is 321 pounds with a total loss of 21 pounds. This is also due to the keto diet I did for 5 days before starting my fast. Even the weight loss is enhanced wow..

Oh yeah and I did mention a couple of days ago that I thought I got the weight wrong but I Checked my notes and it is not wrong so the big weight loss in day 2 was real and could be water loss.

I am off work for a few days so it may be a bit easier to do this.

I want to go on the bike tomorrow and start some crunches and things to enhance the weight loss. But from the past I know that I have to pay attention to my body for balance.

In the past I have ended the fast when I became hungry again but this time I am going to try to hit my target of 30 DAYS
