Day 3

Ok, so now I am caught up on here. Today is Day 3. I am on a night shift so this is technically the beginning of Day 3 so Ill blog again after this day is over.
Already today I am feeling much better. My headache is gone and I feel somehow clearer in my mind. I have more energy and feel lighter in general. I noticed today that moving around is much easier. Getting out of bed was quicker and overall I feel good.
Changes today are that my tongue is white and I am not hungry. I actually feel full for some reason. I had a tea today with a bit of cream and have already had a glass of water. I am going to cut the tea out pretty quickly but for today I felt it was needed.
I did feel a bit dizzy this morning but it passed quickly. I noticed my stool was dark today but I am not worried about that.
Ok so weight today 323 pounds, which is a total loss of 19 pounds.
I should add here that I am a 50 year old woman and I am doing this to not only lose weight but I want to reset my body completely by cleansing. Also, in the past I have noticed that through fasting, the skin bounces back when you lose weight. I want to lose this weight and keep it off this time. And because I have to lose so much, I want to fast first before doing the keto diet to shrink my stomach and cut out my cravings but also to cleanse and tighten my skin.
Also I got up and rode the stationary bike for 15 minutes today already.
this is a good start for me and have found it easier than my first fast but I think it is because I had a week dedicated to preparing for the fast. BIG DIFFERENCE so far.
