Nothing a damn thing wrong with religion if done right. Problem is most people really screw it up lol...

Some good ole fashioned Catholic guilt saved my life many times over. I never had issues with the Catholic church. Just issues with Catholics lol especially here in America in this small town.

However, my conscience is sharpest now as a shaman's apprentice because I pay attention to what sucks my energy. Energy leaks... and last week when I went into my depression tail spin, I was on my period and not doing chi gong and lost a tremendous amount of energy. I will not make that mistake again!

It took a lot of trips into the forest on the bicycle, to get to this point. And...2.5mg celexa haha and a lot of vitamins.

And then I began writing...if I have to think about the thing that has saved my mental health more than drugs, it's writing.

More later...I'm listening to Stephen King talking about writing lol
