1st day of my second water fast. Total 3-day WF.

Hello Again!
I have just given you an update on my weight loss and my first water fast in my last entry.
Today is the very first day of my second water fast. This will be a 3-day water fast only. I have come to the conclusion that it is simply too difficult and ambitious to do a longer water fast for myself, and I would be just setting up myself for failure again if I try it.
In order to prepare for this water fast, I did a semi master cleanse to ease into it. I basically had one meal a day and 2 MC drinks. My meal of the day was mostly vegetables.
My starting weight on day 1 of MC:159.4 pounds
My Starting weight today of DAY 1 of my Water fast: 156.4 pounds.
If you've been reading my blog, you know that I am massive cheater, unapologetically too. I want to remind everyone that I am doing all these fasts and cleanses strictly for weight loss only. That said, during my 3-day water fast I am allowing myself coffee (with a bit of cream - no sugar) and teas, as well as lemon to my water. This will probably harm the cleansing benefits of this water fast, but I imagine I will still see dramatic weight loss. My weight has been very static since my last water fast, which was almost a month ago, so I'm hoping this water fast will change that. Because I have been working on maintenance and I think my metabolism is revved up again, I expect to lose close to 6 pounds in these 3 days.
I am already glad I have shortened my length expectations. Already I can feel the difference. The whole experience doesn't seem so overwhelming now that I know I only have a couple more days to go after today. It seems pretty easy and also more encouraging to continue longer should I want to rather than feeling forced to.
