Water Fast Day 1

I delayed my water fast start day (again). I was supposed to start it on January 1st, 2018, but I was too stressed and not in the right frame of mind to start it then.

I started my Water Fast today at noon. I don't like to start fasts at the start of the day because I find it too challenging.
My starting weight went up a little to 167.8 pounds but I am not too fussed about it. The main thing is that I am finally starting my water fast and I will see the real weightloss progress now.
