Fasting Plan

Today is my 6th day of my first round of the Master Cleanse.
My fasting will be a bit disrupted because Christmas falls within it - and I had to schedule a 3-day break to accommodate my Christmas meal, without jeopardizing my weight loss.
Here is my fasting plan:
1) Complete a 10-day Master Cleanse (Dec 13th-Dec 22)
2) On December 23rd and 24th, break from the Master Cleanse by consuming only 500 calories. December 25th is Christmas and I plan to have a Christmas meal, but it can't pass a normal daily intake of 2000 calories.
3) Starting Boxing Day, I will do a 3-day Master Cleanse to ease into a Water Fast
4) On December 29th, 2017 I will start a water fast and I will be doing this until I reach my goal weight of 145-142 pounds.
