Journal days 33-37 of my 40day water fast with daily results!

Day 33, 217lbs Waist 99cm Chest 122cm 

My weights gone up again which is odd. I think it happens when I'm not drinking properly. I'm feeling pretty okay other than my hand still hurting. I'm yet to fix my poor sleeping though.

Day 34 216lbs, Waist 98cm Chest 122cm

Slept 11 hours today. I feel better having done so but i definitely couldn't do that everyday. Sadly I couldn't get to sleep until 7am, so i spent the whole day asleep.

Day 35. 214.8lbs, Waist 98cm Chest 122cm

I've added some electrolites and suppliments to my water. I'm going to do that now before I start slowly adding soups and fruit juices on days 41-50. I'm hoping to "refeed" days 41-50 and then return to my fast on days 51+ Which might only be 30days this time depending on the results of my blood tests.

Day 36. 216.6lbs, Waist 98cm Chest 122cm

I'm feeling so amazing since adding Gastrolyte to my water. I got really great sleep last night, alsmost 8 hours and I'm wishing i had started doing this earlier as others suggested. But at the same time, i really wanted to experience a proper clean fast and I think doing that made me feel a lot better.

Day 37. 213.5lbs, Waist 98cm Chest 122cm

Had a good day today. Did nearly 20,000 steps which isn't the best idea, but i felt so full of energy and super hyper. Today I had 0 nausia and I could think clearly. Looking forward to the last 3 days! I'm a little worried though as during my refeed I will be house sitting for 2 months!!! And the friends house I'm looking after is a bar tender and she has so much alcohol and she keeps telling me I can drink as much as I want and I'm so scared that I will. I've been 37days sober and I'm so proud of that. This will be such a challenge.
