New research project to clear the terms for the so-called 'Commerce Clause'.

"In order for commerce to occur both entities must be incorporated and functioning under a charter granted by an unincorporated (sovereign) entity.":[1]

"What Law references may I have for my research on (Basic Concepts and Discussion) Point #11: 'In order for commerce to occur'? This stands out as a focus for my complete understanding in light of the actions that federal agencies have taken against private individuals under 'color of law' regarding the so-called 'Commerce Clause'".

It's been eight days since I posted this request however I do to see any reply to it.

I'm thinking of searching the law/legal dictionaries for "commerce" and especially of the era around 1787. Fortunately I have search results and a reply from the Library of Congress offering dictionary references.
