Diet Recommendations from a friend and teacher I trust. Reviewing this. I have been eating mainly this way for a month. My natural #CancerCure Journey.

I am also doing some special drinks including raw canabis non psychoactive smoothies.

My knees were bothering me for a year. Inflammation in them is way down. I was unable to walk much. That is shifting now.

Leslie,

Here are my recs in no particular order of importance (just my stream of consciousness now):

Make sure you are using excellent sea salt. I like the brand called Si Salt. It should not be grey, and use it very sparingly.

Avoid all animal food except wild caught salmon and canned sardines. Don’t let anyone talk you into bone broths or organ meats. Eggs are OK every couple weeks at the most.

Eat as little flour products as possible, except noodles. Buckwheat soba is the best choice here. Don’t eat egg noodles.

No coffee, tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers.

Buckets of leafy green vegetable daily, but not too much spinach please. Less raw, more lightly steamed greens.

Small servings of red radishes or daikon cooked soft every day — like ½ cup. Season lightly with tamari or sea salt.

Aduki beans twice a week. Make a tea boiling raw beans for 15 minutes and drink it. Put a few dried shiitake in as well, and a piece of kombu.

Ginger and licorice are good for you now, garlic is OK but not too much, and avoid strong spices.

Use only the best olive oil ideally after cooking.

Burdock cooked with rice (45 minutes) is excellent if this sucker went to your liver.

Rice, millet or quinoa every day — Choose one or the other. No barley. Oats twice a week, preferably steel cut.

No tofu, but tempeh is OK. Also no soy milk. Miso, however, is important almost daily, adding wake and root veggies.

Milk thistle tea, kukicha tea, or “yannoh” which is a kind grain coffee you can find out there.

Minimize roasted seeds and nuts — but have a little if your bowels can handle it.

Small amounts of cooked, local fruits are acceptable — but be careful not to get too acidic. Apples, peaches, pears, blueberries, etc. better than citrus — except use all the lemon you want.

You need to eat a little bit (1-2 Tablespoons) of cooked seaweed daily, so make a pot of hiziki or arame and stretch it out over a few days.

******

And here’s your chant: sitting in a chair, relax, empty your mind, inhale deeply and chant the syllable “Tooooo (pronounced like TOE) over and over again on the exhale. You should be able to get 6-8 “Toooooooo” sounds out with each exhale. Then repeat over and over for 5 minutes. Do this twice a day.

******

You’ve got this. We have more work to do. This will take you six months to eliminate. Next Valentines Day I will come see you — so there’s your goal, my friend. That’s 189 days. Start counting. Every day’s another miracle.

Love,

B.
