It is certainly true that the world relies upon legal fictions – however we who are at least living souls (and some of us self-realized as spiritual beings) are the ones to recover our full authority over these fictitious entities rather than to submit our dear Mother Earth into the same court system that does not recognize either who/what we are or our "Mother." In other words we must rise to wielding the power and the authority over every incorporated entity and as needed pull their charters, liquidate their assets and bar the officers from re-incorporating. The Federal courts are not going to do that for us![22]

Dear Secretary-General Guterres,

As the legitimate and now only government still standing, The United States of America [Unincorporated] requests to see those Geneva Conventions and G-5, G-7, and G-20 treaties that "the" United States dba UNITED STATES, INC., and "the" United States of America dba "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC." have signed in our names, so that we may determine whether or not any of our contracts with these entities and the Principals involved were authorized.

The exact terms and nature of our contracts with these other Principals are well known throughout the world as "The Constitution of the United States" and as "The Constitution of the United States of America". It is also generally known that we have not altered nor amended those service contracts since 1819 and that our government has not been called into Session since 1860.

Please also note that the Carter Administration had no authority to transfer any of our state offices to the United Nations. The International Organizations Immunity Act of 1976 is a nullity in that respect.

Finally, please note that the Carter Administration had no authority to transfer illegally purloined child labor contracts and bonds established under False Presumptions upon Americans to the IMF, and the IMF, equally, had no authority to sell or transfer those bonds to Black Rock, Inc. and its assigns.

The fundamental international Maxim of Law that applies is: "Possession by pirates does not change ownership." The further fundamental international Maxim of Law that pertains is: "Fraud vitiates all."

We, the American States and People, have been grossly defrauded in Breach of Trust. We have borne the Lion's Share of the world's debts and expenses. We have paid the bulk of the cost of rebuilding the entire world infrastructure since the end of World War II, and we have been repaid with nothing but disservice by our own misdirected employees and our purported Allies.

Comment:

The above quote comes after having previously posted several references to the idea that the so-called "corporate person" is a soulless entity that requires the conscious oversight of real people (as in we the People). Whether corporations are a true blessing for the People or a curse is not the appropriate decisive criteria for the needed "oversight." However - those corporate persons that do any harm to people in any manner (directly, indirectly, consequentially to other factors, etc.) only underscore the need for the People's oversight.

The same idea applies to Governments as they are incorporated and consequently have been "burglarized!

In addition to the quasi-three-dimensional aspect of incorporating there is also the metaphysical dimension as well. Corporations are soul-less entities. Pao Chang in his article[1] says: "Phonetically, the word corps sounds very similar to the word corpse, which is defined as 'a dead body, usually of a human being.'"

A soul-less corpse that appears to act must be "possessed" in some way. Think about it! What possesses corporations? What possesses them to apparently commit the acts that are committed in their name (under their “authority”) especially those acts that deprive Men, Women and Children their lives and/or their freedoms?

Prior to the late 1800s corporations were under the scrutiny of a review process that determined whether the corporation had fulfilled it's stated beneficial purpose and thus due to have its corporate charter expired. However what has subsequently been called "corporate personhood” gave additional “life” to the corps that essentially has been “raised from the dead’. This “resurrection” was essentially unleashed after a clerk of the court misrepresented a certain court decision.[7] Since then corporations have been gaining many rights that now arguably outweigh those of the fourteenth amendment citizen! What "spirit" is it that has positioned itself against the unalienable Rights of Men, Women and Children with the help of a legal system (also incorporated)? Is this a consequence of a loss of "eternal vigilance"[2]? Does ignorance of this indicate a lack of due diligence?

February 10, 2019 - Continuing Re: Egregor -

Got inspired to generate the BodyGraph of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 (that immaculately conceived the federal government) and glad I did as I discovered that Human Design Gate 49-Line 5 where we now have the Sun's present transit is exactly where Saturn was activated in the fed chart over 231 years ago!

Based on my previous research (partially represented in the posts above) I believe a collective egregore (also egregor) exists in the American psyche and that the majority of people refer to as the "United States" and identify with as "citizens" thereof. I believe the Saturn activation in this entity is generated and expressed in "Detriment" (description below) and that the majority of people have accepted the limitations of Saturn (following further below) as necessary for certain benefits they value and therefor may possibly have some kind of "serenity" that I hadn't fully appreciated before researching this now.

Human Design Gate 49 at Line 5 - Organization -

Exalted: Practical provisions for the needs of others in revolutionary times which ensures support and continued understanding. A potential sensitivity to the practical needs of others.

Detriment: A concentration on the organization of power to clearly define authority often at the expense of higher principles. A rejection of higher principles in seeking to organize others.

December 15, 2018 - Human Design/Gene Keys and Corporations -

As far as I know I might be either the only one or the first to consider the need to analyze corporations from a Human Design/Gene Keys perspective. I consider it the due-diligence of the people for a mandatory pre-incorporating vetting process.

Inspired to write this after reading a current comment at Paul Stramer's site (regarding the currently posted article of Anna) that mentioned "bad elements in every country ... they start to compete ... instead of helping one another." I thought I'd finds some "Shadow" frequencies identified in the Gene Keys that would correspond with the "bad elements" mentioned in the above referenced comment. I found four most notable "Shadows" namely: Control[9], Dominance[10], Greed[11]. and Dishonesty[12]. Then I was inspired to see what circuit these Gene Keys/Hexagram gates belong to and discovered that all four are in the Tribal Circuit! Also "Control and Dominance" are the shadows in "The Channel of Money"!

Also find it interesting that the Gift at the 21st Gene Key is Authority, which relates to a comment I offered at The Weston A. Price Foundation's site (this past day) especially in regards to the FDA that I say needs to have it's authority questioned. I consider this a "test" that in Christian terms is mandated with: "test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil."[13] The expansion of Federal jurisdiction into private business, private trade is not true "Authority", certainly not consciously authorized by the American people. The "expansion" is an expression of "Control" which operates on the lower level fear-based level a in the Heart Gate.

The "Gift" at Throat Gate 45 is Synergy. And the Gift at Sacral 59 is "Intimacy". I don't really see government embodying these Gifts however the people can!

After blogging regarding Hexagram/Gate 34 (known as: "The Power of The Great") at the Post titled: "Languages of Light ..."[4] it "dawned" in my consciousness that what Washington gave the American people may have been it's most powerful egregore. If that is true then the planetary activation that was imprinted upon his inauguration as "President of The United States" is also the "Human Design" of what I'll call the presidential egregore. And if that's true then I believe it could be helpful for the world to see and hopefully understand this particular Design because if it is that of the presidential egregore then that Design has continued with each President since Washington.

I'm in the process of drafting a report based on all the planetary activations of Washington's inaugural event that although I won't post here just yet I still will post one four-fold perspective as follows:

I find it interesting to look at the Jovian Human Design perspective[5] regarding “Not Self” and the Not Self questions that pertain to Washington’s Inaugural Human Design BodyGraph/Chart. According to "Jovian" these four questions arise with Undefined Centers. In Washington's inaugural chart the Undefined Centers are both Head Centers, the Heart center and the Spleen Center.

The Undefined Heart/Will/Ego Center's question is: Do I think I have something to prove?
The Undefined Spleen Center's question is: Am I holding on to what isn’t good for me?
The Undefined Ajna Center's question is: Am I trying to convince everyone that I am certain?
The Undefined Head/Crown Center's question is: Am I trying to answer everybody else’s questions?
