Day 6
Date: 6/4/2017 9:17:43 PM ( 7 y ago)
Before I get started, there are a couple
of things I have been forgetting to mention. The bad breath and the white coating on the tongue. I'm not sure exactly when it started but it was fairly soon, maybe day 2.
DAY 5: 330.2 lbs
I had some problems sleeping last night but it was much better than the previous nights. I woke up feeling a good bit better this morning with little weakness and a bit more energy. When I weighed I felt even better. 10 pounds in less than a week seems too good to be true. I cooked for the kids and had no temptation whatsoever. It was like my body gave up on hopes for food. I felt no hunger at all. Although the weakness had subsided I was still tired throughout my body but only moderately so. I was able to do basic housework with less effort. I was easily agitated by noise and movement. As the day progressed, so did the fatigue, but without the muscle weakness it was still an improvement. When I cooked the kids dinner there was a faint urge to eat but it passed as quickly as it came on. Feelings of hunger returned around 7pm. Disappointing, yes, but manageable. By the time the kids were in bed and I prepared my bath I was pretty exhausted, but happy that I had made it through day 6. I thank God every day I make it through. I know it is only because of Him I am able to do this.
