Heading for the Desert tomorrow. Gathering a few Passover thoughts.



Goldman, a bit plumpish in my own eyes, thanks to the healing of my gut lining and being able to in part quell gut lining inflammation and digest more foods. I was down to 108 and had persistent diarrhea for more than five years. I am now up to around 130...and have a different set of problems....I am getting too fat in my own eyes!!!!




SaRina has been one of my safe landing places within the Jewish Tradition for many years. This was taken when last we were together during the Days of Awe last September. I have to say, that thanks to remedies that I have been taking since that time, I am becoming a bit plumpish in my own eyes, thanks to healing of my gut lining.

THE JOURNEY TO "THE PROMISED LAND" MAY WELL BEGIN WITH BUILDING SOIL AND RETURNING IT TO WHAT GOD AND NATURE HAD IN MIND FOR HUMAN HEALTH.

Some things about the Passover, celebrated in Spring in the Jewish Tradition, are too good just to be held by just one Tradition. This year, numbers of us from many Traditions attend/attended the Annual @PassoverVillage in Joshua Tree.

My friend SaRna Daly Goode, has been my ally in these yearly journeys to the Desert for many years with a tentful of others. I am sharing this lovely pic from my last meeting time with her around the Days of Awe, last September.

For years, I have been sharing this Enchanted Garden Club Member Teaching, that "The Earth and the Soul are SoilMates."

One of the rich metaphors of Passover for me is the theme of "The Promised Land;" I have my own metaphoric meaning of what this means.

This year, I will be bringing "The Promised Land" with me to our Passover Village Retreat, represented by soil contained in a little bottle that was given to be by a man who said that it was 60 million years old.

THE MASTER TEACHINGS OF DR ZACH BUSH MD

Recently, I have been listening to the master teachings of Dr. Zach Bushh who basically has rediscovered some Nature Teachings and who is now producing a landmark remedy "of Earth Derived Minerals"

In the Beginning, The Earth--The Soil underfoot--was capable of giving full Self Expression to Human Life. If a person grew food from that fertile soil, the fabric of Life contained in that Soil could feed and give full expression to the Soul, to speak in essential spiritual terms.

Dr Zach has discovered something that my own mentor, Dr. Bernard Jensen taught me years ago: Every part of the anatomy--from head to toe-- was reflected in the health of the bowel. That teaching was part of his legacy. He was also into Color Healing. The Dr knew that each trace mineral and food had a color. The widest range of color in our foods and on our table was best for health. Dr. Jensenn knew that The Body, Mind, and Spirit , and Nature were connected before the Wholistic (and Holistic Movement) started to say--in part-- that same truth.


Dr. Zach has rediscovered that the health of the gut and brain and the soil are connected.

Originally, according to Dr. Zach, there were unaccounted strains of bacteria that healthy soil could produce in the gut. Today, we have turned to probiotics strains to help us gain some resonance between Soil and Soul health; however, even the best of man-made commercial probiotic products only contain a few strains of healthy bacteria in contract to what the body and soul actually require for optimal health.

There is an incredible connection between the health of the soil and gut health. Both Dr. Jensen and Dr. Zach knew this.

In Dr. Jensen's day, he could match various foods grown on peak soil to get therapeutic results in specific organs. He knew what foods fed each organ!
He also knew that soils in various parts of the country would have different health effects.

This was amazing work that goes back more than 100 years to his teacher, V.G. Rocine. Rocine identified 20 chemical types of people that in reality were Soul Types. If the body was fed the balance of foods, health and self expression would improve from inside out.

TODAY'S DILEMMA

In part, our health dilemma today, traces to the reality that most of our foods are grown through a system of agriculture that is monoculture. The US Senate was alerted to this shortage of minerals in our soil as far back as 1936, when some of Dr. Jensen's peers had this info read into the Congressional Record.

Many other factors are involved, of course ,that are now determining our epidemic in Cancers, diabetes, and autism, as examples. Dr. Zach knows many of these factors and he teaches us about them in the links to his talks below.

THE WAY BACK

The way back to health for our species, as I can see it, is on the horizon, and I will be bringing a bottle of the solution to the the Passover Village.

The way back is to grow more "Promised Land" in our own backyard. Another health beginning is to once again learn to "Kiss The Ground," the name of on group I support that is now telling "The Soil Story" as well as "The Compost Story."

Composting helps. This retrains the brain is recognize a relationship between food and Regenerative Agriculture...

Soil amendments and systems of ag, such as Biodynamic Agriculture, can help as well restore "The Promised Land."

As an aside, It is important to note that when we eat the conventional breads, we are depriving ourselves of the wholeness and purity, and naturalness that the Soul had in mind.

THERE ARE MANY STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO ONCE AGAIN HAVE PROMISED LAND

There are many steps to be taken to once again have Promised Land.

I recommend starting with building as much fertile soil as you can--even in one Pot.

See if you can make some Ancient original seeds sprout in the best soil you can find.
