Sources of parasites

Human Exposures to Parasites.
Humans should not ingest water from or tied to open water sources, which are frequently in contact with local animal populations.
The broken forest, suburbs, and a booming mouse and tick population can create an increased risk of Flagellated Protozoan's (Lyme).
The Borrelia parasite is rampant in forest settings, there are 300,000 infections per year in the USA alone.
Pets (dogs, cats, horses, etc.) can come in contact with soil and can contract both round and flatworm parasite species. Breeding horses dewormed on a regular basis have seen a doubling of lifespan.
Livestock fields and farm fields carry an increased probability of contact exposure to parasites.
Working in soil increases the possibility of contact exposure to parasites.
Dust, soil dusts, construction through deserts increase the risk of air borne cysts and increase the probability of contact exposure to parasites.
The livestock in the USA is in contact with soil, pastures, and open water pools. These transmit parasites between animals.
Bats and birds can contain a parasite exposure.
Seafood and snails can contain parasites.
Farming frequently puts food in contact with manure from domestic animals, wild animals and field workers so food can contain parasites.
Food from Global un-seasonal supply can contain parasite exposure.
Farming using open water sources can move parasites into the soil, and that food can contain a parasite exposure.
Cattle in the USA had a random sample showing 91% of the animals had at least one parasite. MN study.
The pork and lamb industries show 100% of the animals had at least one parasite. 25% of the world (Muslims) don't eat pork. Pork tapeworms are the leading cause of adult onset seizures.
Eggs and milk have had issues over the last decade. Milk pasteurization temperature was increased several years ago.
Municipal water systems that use a water source that is open, not deep well, contain microbes and parasite cysts, hardened eggs.
Unchlorinated water pools, lakes, streams, all contain a significant parasite population.
Lawns and gardens contain both protozoan's & nematodes.
Sharing drinks between people with Ascaris can contaminate others. Ascaris infects 2 billion people on the planet, which is one in three people.
Ascaris makes for a weakened immune system, frequent bacterial infections, decline in cognitive and memory function.
Un-sterile glasses and kitchenware can spread parasites within families.
Clothes should be washed in the warmest water possible, especially undergarments.
Shoes, boots, long pants and shirts should be worn in outdoor areas of higher risk.
Washing fruits, vegetables, and sterile meat handling processes should be performed. By washing your vegetables, parasite exposure can be reduced from 74% to 14%.
Cook meats to Food Standard levels, Generally above 145 - 160 degrees F for a period of time is considered minimum.
Wash cooking surfaces, counters, sinks, tubs, toilets with alcohol.
Set the dishwasher up to the highest heat setting, preheat on, least energy efficient setting, Put in pot scrubber mode for longer washing times or refer to the user manuals.
Boric Acid on carpets swept in, decreases the microbial levels
Distilled water is parasite free.
Do not ignore boil water orders.
Avoid raw fish and meat foods. Sushi, ceviche, etc. Avoid smoked, pickled or salted meats. The temperature does not get high enough to kill parasite eggs.
Avoid exotic snail dishes, oyster dishes that are not fully cooked.
Avoid Pate, other exotic meats.
Human Immune system: A weakened system is an invitation to parasites.
Booze and coffee weaken the immune system.
Acidifying lifestyles weaken the immune system.
Autoimmunity issues, yeast, bacteria, leaky gut deregulate the GI immune system.
Pre-existing disease can weaken the immune system and increase the susceptibility to parasites. Look for hidden dental infections.
Pre-existing parasite infections can lead to increased susceptibility of additional parasite infections. If you have one, it is very likely you have many parasites.
Toxic chemicals and poor lifestyle can lead to increased susceptibility of parasite infections. So eat organic and become a vegetarian or better yet, a vegan.
