I'd like to introduce you to Jayson Hunter, a widely recognized certified dietitian and weight loss specialist, who has been featured on USA Today, Newsweek and a whole host of Television channels. He's even authored an Amazon best-seller!

Jayson would like to say a few words...

Hey reader, my name is Jayson Hunter. I'm a certified dietitian and weight loss specialist, and I've got a very simple question to ask you...

Have you ever asked yourself, “Why is it that I’m working out... eating fewer calories... and STILL not losing weight?”

It’s frustrating isn’t it?

You’ve probably tried everything, from various “chemical cocktails”... to Zumba... to Crossfit... to low carb or even practically starving yourself... all to solve your weight loss problem.

Yet no matter how hard you work, your bulging midsection and heavy thighs just won’t budge.

Here’s what’s been holding you back...

Weight Loss Mistake #1: Giving up because you have “bad genes”

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen try to diet, then give up after awhile and never try again because they’re convinced they have “bad genes”.

And honestly, you might.

But science has shown us that genes can be changed and altered.

Weight Loss Mistake #2: Your body is dependent on sugar...

If you can’t lose weight, it might be from that sweet tooth of yours. You ever get the point where enough is enough, go on a diet, then reward yourself with sugary treats?

This lust for sugar is your body’s way of telling you something is off kilter.

If you’re getting insatiable appetites for carbs and sweets, it’s a huge red flag that your body is physically addicted to sugar.

Weight Loss Mistake #3: Making carbs the enemy...

You’ve probably heard about the Paleo diet and that “carbs” are causing everything from, chronic inflammation to Attention Deficit Disorder or ADD.

But what they’re not telling you is that... NOT all carbs are bad!

In fact, the Harvard School of Public Health says, “It’s more important to eat carbohydrates from healthy foods than to follow a strict diet limiting or counting the number of grams of carbohydrates consumed.”

You see, healthy carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, black beans, and steel-cut oats break down slowly without causing an insulin spike. This helps stabilize your blood sugar and your energy levels while also turning up the heat on your metabolism.

Weight Loss Mistake #4: Trusting dishonest supplement companies...

According to the FDA, several weight loss products promising a “miracle” weight loss cure have been hiding a secret.

Several of these dangerous products have been found to contain prescription level seizure medications, blood pressure medications, and antidepressants.

It doesn’t stop there either.

Several other dietary supplements were found to contain fluoxetine which is the active ingredient found in Prozac.

Plus, another all-natural product marketed as “safe” contained a diuretic that is usually given out under the strict supervision of a health care professional.i

The point is, supplements can work wonders if you’re buying the right kind, from the right people.

Always make sure you know everything that’s going into any supplement you buy, and can clearly see and read the label before purchasing. Look for branded ingredients that have been through extensive clinical trials and are continuously quality tested by third party labs.

Weight Loss Mistake #5: Thinking All Fat is Bad...

The last and most detrimental weight loss mistake most people fall into, is thinking that fat is the enemy. In actual fact, for your body to burn fat it needs to consume fat, like nuts, avocados, and fish.

The problem is most “experts” lump all fat into one category... unhealthy.

The truth is you must supply your body with the proper fatty acids BEFORE it can unlock stored fat reserves. It would seem logical that consuming fat would equal a larger waistline, but that’s not how your body puts on weight. The reality is, excess glucose is the culprit.

Listen, tomorrow I’m going to be revealing some of the most well-kept "industry secrets" for successful fat loss. Your friend Jim managed to sweet talk me into spilling the beans about what it takes to transform your body into a metabolic furnace.

If you’ve struggled with your weight for years and are convinced you have “bad genes”... make sure you open tomorrow's email from Jim.

I promise it will be life-changing for you.

Talk soon,

Jayson
