Hip Revisions are in good shape. Telling my truth August 4.

Date:   8/4/2016 6:26:01 PM ( 8 y ago)

I've been having persistent hip pain the last three months. I've had some hesitation making my commitment to drive from San Diego to Santa Rosa --1700 Miles round trip--for the National Heirloom Expo #heirloomexpo.

Today was my long awaited appointment with Dr. William Bugbee, the orthopedic surgeon who did my hip revisions in 2001, surgeries that have kept me walking and driving over the years.

What did he have to say?
Was the persistent occasional pain in my hips due to the status of the deteriorating hip revisions, or were muscles causing me discomfort when I sit?

What was his advise about driving this year to the deepest commitment I have made the last four years, driving my 68 VW on The Enchanted Garden Mobile's Journey To Win Back Our Sacred Seeds?

He made his comments in a brief video that I posted with the photos here! He was excited that my hip revisions were just as healthy as the day he put them in.

He also said that I didn't look a day older than I did in 2001!

I'm sure that is due to living my dreams as best as possible, feeling my feelings, and on the physical levels the tremendous support I receive from the Pacific College of Oriental medicine and friends. I get regular acupuncture and massage.

I have to say I'm intensely envious of all the young people that I see combining yoga and shamanic practices. As I've said in a recent poem, I feel too young to be old, during my 68th year.

In all truth I Love to love and be a servant to the highest ideals of humanity.

If it were not for finding natural supplements that work for me, and having abundant supplies of healthy food I'm sure I could have never gotten this far.

Life to me is a never-ending struggle of pursuing dreams, and during this year for months on end feeling overcome by challenges.

In all honesty, I feel tired and yet it's the heights we reach, the emotions that sometimes overwhelm us, including loneliness, as well as our overcomings that are part of a life well lived. God bless us all, for what we've taken on, and of late I've seen so much beauty in movement.

Let's keep going forward.

I love you, my precious #SacredSeed witnesses.
