Day 5 with some aches and some strength

Day 5, its 10 past 4 and I just got in from the 2nd consecutive big bushwalk - did the walk a bit quicker today, spending less time in the forest - still a good couple hours or more, just didn't do as much meditating today :) Feeling good other than the fact that I've been plagued for awhile with a few physical problems --
part of the reason I also wanted to do this fast,
one thing which has been bothering me for quite some time, weeks or maybe a month or more - not sure how long its been going on but awhile now - is that I've had a lot of sharp stomach cramping and wind at times this winter - I guess its' been going on since June something - not sure why I have it, I've tried various things to sort it out, eating oatmeal and psyllium drinks - they help with having better movements down there -- changing up my diet, seemed like too much roast pumpkin might have been a partial trigger for all this early on in the winter but again, I am not entirely sure that was it... anyway - it has come to mind that my system might not deal all that well with heavier winter eating after a lot of summer and autumn fasting... lets see - looks like I fasted right into April during the warmer months and did a lot of fasting this summer/autumn... then I would have gone back to normal eating slowly but surely with amounts of food creeping up a lot in June when I started getting these digestive problems... Anyway, nothing has got rid of it - maybe I need to incorporate a couple bottles of Aloe Vera juice into my diet - that seemed to work when I got weird digestion last year... its annoying but doesn't take me out, just get a lot of weird cramps in the morning and not very good movements -- anyway, thought a little winter fast might sort it out, empty me out and I am emptying out, still getting the weird cramps though, even when there's really almost nothing to eliminate - is this IBS? I'm not sure what it is or what I have -- I seem to be fine later in the day... not much fun this stuff... & the other physical bother is a sore pinchy shoulder and neck - mainly the right mouse hand side.... or cursor pad etc which is what I use on my laptop... its a re-curring physical issue I have that comes back to gnaw on me from time to time, painful and tiring... it also makes it hard to push forward with yoga and a bit of exercise I want to do - the walks in the forest really ease it up for awhile, tho by night its kind of taking me out again - painkillers do the trick but I don't want to take them all the time, esp on a fast... might later though if it gets bad - I didn't do my yoga yesterday because it was really aching and messing with me but I'd like to do a session today, might just avoid the poses that seem to aggravate it -- anyway, still finishing off the big bottle of watermelon/fennel/zucchini/kale juice I made for the walk - going to run a bath and have a bath and sauna then try to do some yoga and a bit more work on learning how to import manuscripts into Indesign... That's my night - going great on the fast, feel good, plenty of energy, am accomplishing my goals of boosting up my fitness level which I know will do me a lot of good, shedding that winter chub I was starting to feel and revitalizing myself. Mmmmm warm bath sounds like a good next step! Onwards and upwards :)
