The "root" is so deep (as deep as roots can go) and naturally "out of sight" and therefor "out of mind"! (Post X)

The "fellow gardener" mentioned a few of the different brain/minds that human beings have in reference to the rational (or irrational) way/s that they think. However, it is not commonly realized that insanity can present itself in what may appear to be perfectly logical ways.[1]
I suppose I have been consistently expressing my gratitude to the point now where I realize my oneness with others. "... ingratitude is born of our feeling that we have been cheated, that God is not our Creator, the Source of our being, and that we can function on our own. Thus, not only do we not feel grateful, but we do not even believe there is a call for our gratitude. It is that basic thought that we keep buried and deeply hidden in our minds. Then we project it and feel the same lack of gratitude and appreciation for everyone else. ... Gratitude is just another way of expressing our joining with each other, and that then becomes the way of undoing our belief that we are separate, not only from each other, but from our Creator."[2]
Early this past evening I was blessed with the unexpected visit of a former "fellow gardener" plus his friend who inquired as to how I've been. I immediately replied saying if I were just to focus on my "new and good" I wouldn't be able to share all of it in the course of this visit. Then I gave one example and the example was about my growth and how I have been responding to a condition in the "garden" that other fellow gardeners wish to eradicate and that is not how I garden. My approach is more Biodynamic. For instance "...you get better weed control in fields with healthier soils"[3] My way is to build up the soil and I translate that into the social sphere as well. I have experienced a genuine transformation reflected in my experience of unpleasant feelings and emotions by "building up" my inner garden from the ground up! I am experiencing an extension of this in my relations with others. Therefore I am feeling success in my "gardening" ways and have no reason to either abandon these ways or adopt other ways of "eradication".
My thoughts have changed, have been corrected and miracles have resulted! Now I wish to imagine a Miracle "Onion"! I wish to grow this "variety" of miracle "onion"![4]

May 20th -
Discovered the following soon after our garden meeting with four other fellow gardeners.
"... A healed mind does not plan. It carries out the plans that it receives through listening to wisdom that is not its own. It waits until it has been taught what should be done, and then proceeds to do it. It does not depend upon itself for anything except its adequacy to fulfill the plans assigned to it. It is secure in certainty that obstacles can not impede its progress to accomplishment of any goal that serves the greater plan established for the good of everyone.
A healed mind is relieved of the belief that it must plan, although it cannot know the outcome which is best, the means by which it is achieved, nor how to recognize the problem that the plan is made to solve. ..."[5]
What a contrast this "lesson" is to my planning, that I began attending to (for our next meeting in two weeks) immediately after the one we had tonight! I wonder if ACIM people generally work with an agenda for their organization's meetings.
