water fast day 14

I am enjoying cooking food for my dogs and husband. Normally I don't cook, but while fasting home cooked meal every night lol. It;s funny though because I can't taste it

Dogs are getting, 5-6 organic carrots, 2 eggs, potatoes, lots of veggies, some salmon and if I have any meat (I don't normally buy meat) then I throw it in there

Husband got an amazing mix of pasta with 2 sauces mixed with lots of added stuff like mushrooms, green peppers, onions etc.

Tonight I'm making large burritos with beans, lettuce, avocado, tomato, salsa, cheese (I don't eat cheese but he prefers it) , group tofurkey. I got the huge burrito wraps for the burrito, should be epic!

Updates on how I'm doing. Well I'm still around 128, didn't lose much weight between yesterday and today, but this can be expected after the initial weight loss. My skin is clear as day, and smooth, and beautiful. Redness on face is almost completely gone.

Rash which I suspect is psoriasis on tummy isn't gone, but isn't inflamed either. I would like to wait this fast out till it disappears because when I eat it seems to get worse.

Very very low energy, tired, didn't want to stand to take a shower when it was hot, but when I turned it on cold I was okay.

Tongue looks better then when I first started but still pure white.

Time seems to pass by slowly, so much time and so many things to do, but not enough energy to do them. Id love to get the house cleaned and things put away but I'm really just wanted to sit and lay on the couch.

I do not recommend fasting for people who are working, or in school (long term at least) because it is really a crucial time for healing.

I have always said that the real healing starts on day 17. By Sunday ill be there, then just 10 more days till I reach 27 which is the goal I have in my head.

If I push on I push on, if I don't I don't. Hope everyone is having a great day!
