Weight loss plans.

Currently I range from 260 to 265 pounds. I haven't weighed this much since eight years ago. A lot of happen in eight years. For a while I was losing weight and I was happy with myself. Then stuff happen and I had a hard time staying active and my body gradually gained.
My plan is to 'reboot'. Basically I want to take some time to cleanse and work through the emotional crap I haven't faced.
Tomorrow I will be starting a 4 day cucumber juice fast. I'll be drinking at least 40 ounces of cucumber juice, plus water and any tea I would like.
My cucumber juice fast will follow-up with a apple juice fast for seven days after. I am not sure how much weight this diet will help me lose. But that is the reason for this journal. I will be recording my findings and what works or doesn't.
In my next post I will give an update how my body feels and what changes I see. I will also be sharing my measurements to see if there is a difference in my shape versus weight.
