Health is always obtainable so why not attain it now?

Well today wasn't bad at all I had an overwhelming sense of energy for no apparent reason at all,I felt very intune with the environment around me and was very present(if that makes sense)my mental alertness is on level 8 right now and its only day 2.I had no urge to eat food but I did have the urge to chew so I grabbed a piece of gum and that handled it.I did light errands and chased a toddler for the better part of the day.My weigh in didn't involve weight gain or loss which is weird but I did drink a lot of water today I was super thirsty for some reason and ketosis seems to kick in pretty quick for me so I got the fuzzy mouth feeling(yuck).For now I am fine no real detox symptoms except the fuzzy mouth lol until tomorrow BE GREAT AND KEEP GOING YOU CAN DO THIS 😘😘
