Just discovered a page that includes quotes from A Course In Miracles.[1]

Just found the verse:
"The healing of God's son is all the world is for."[2]

"The point of A Course In Miracles is to have TRUST in a power greater than ourselves yet in ourselves, to lift us out of our own suffering and restore us to perfect peace. The goal is peace and peace can only be given you from within. ... you can and will experience the goal of perfect peace within your own heart and mind."[3]

Lessons in A Course In Miracles begin with becoming aware of how we give meaning to everything. Omraam teaches the same here.:

"Given a flower by the young girl he loves, a boy places it between the pages of a book. After a short while, of course, the petals wilt and fade, but what does it matter? Each time he gazes at this flower, it seems to him that his beloved is smiling at him and telling him a thousand things. He places it against his heart and touches it with his lips; for him it is a talisman which opens the doors of heaven. He is filled with joy, he feels inspired, and he becomes a poet. But as time passes, his relationship with this young girl no longer seems so ideal. He now scarcely notices the flower in the book. It no longer speaks to him, as if it had become empty and dumb, and finally one day he throws it away. What has happened? The flower is still there; it has not changed, but the young boy has. It was he himself who once made a talisman of this flower, and it is he who has withdrawn its power. The conclusion to be drawn from this example, is that an object in itself is indeterminate. It is our way of perceiving it that can transform it into a talisman."[8]

Movie Reviews In Metaphysical Light!

Just discovered this site and after reading a couple movie reviews here I realize that there appears to be some worth-while movies being produced now and/or that this reviewer has a gifted perspective!

May 27th -

A private email re: depth psychology inspired me to a productive search for "a course in miracles"+"depth psychology". I received an abundance of good things including seed inspiration to create a contemplative recording of the 50 Principals of Miracles consisting primarily of my original piano music plus my voice-over on the 50 principals.

The 11th Principal says: "Prayer is the medium of miracles." I know this to be true! It is a miracle that I am alive and in my right mind today! I know this is a direct result of prayer that brought me into a rebirth.

The 13th Principal says: "Miracles are both beginnings and endings, ...They are always affirmations of rebirth, ...".

33rd: "Miracles honor you because you are lovable. They dispel illusions about yourself and perceive the light in you. They thus atone for your errors by freeing you from your nightmares. By releasing your mind form the imprisonment of your illusions, they restore your sanity."

My miracle definitely has included being freed from my nightmares, releasing my mind from the imprisonment of my illusions"!

You can (and should) devote your days to miracles! (Principal 15)
