Ran into a quote from Hunter S. Thompson, an American Journalist followed by tons of comments, many from around the world who are putting down America. There's so many things we are doing now in government and politics that need a cure-all. Rather than trash the American dream we are each compelled to be the American dream, so Plant Your Dream the Enchanted Garden Way! What if you are the rare seed the world is waiting for?

Should you waste your vitality dedicating all we are "against", rather then toward what seems impossible? The impossible becomes possible through us breaking ground and being inspired by so many acts of kindness in the world by many, many people, if we simply take the time to look.

I'm stunned by all the rare seeds that surround and uplift my life and who have uplifted me my entire life.

I can imagine how we can get negative.

My life and personal history experiencing the death of my beloved mother when I was 12 years old, being abandoned by my father when I was 15, creating debilitating and crippling arthritis out of my trauma of shutting up when I needed to yell and scream, having spent years in repeated patterns of feeling abandoned and grieving the loss of women in relationship, years lying on my back unable to move my legs apart more than a quarter-inch, years with the debilitated gut and getting down to 108 pounds with years of diarrhea, I can just imagine how negative some of us might be with similar experiences.

I know many of us have similar trauma and grief, disillusionment and heartbreak in the dream of what America has become for us; And yet, I ultimately did not give up hope or faith. I have been personally uplifted by so many intentional dreamers wanting the best, and believing the best was possible.

No one breaks out of the box--the box I call the pizza box where we are stuck now as individuals in a nation of limiting dream keepers--unless we are influenced by rare seeds and by nature herself.

That's why I encourage #RareSeeds to plant @RareSeeds, heirloom seeds, especially on these final days of the year.

Today--on this Winter Solstice,the day when darkness turns to light--I send these words to you as words you too can own and say as your own:
