Indiscriminate and warrant-less government inspections of rental properties are unconstitutional nationwide!

The idea that "local government agents do not have unlimited authority ..."[1] is one that I have attempted to completely communicate to whomever it may concern and especially where I live. If one believes that they are a citizen "of the United States" (subject to 14th amendment[2]) then the Constitution of September 17th, 1787 offers these individuals the fourth amendment "right":

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

This was the right claimed in Federal Court according to an article published on October 1st this year.[1]

Questions still need to be asked and answers had in any instance of claimed authority over private property before consenting to anything; even when an administrative warrant is presented. One can always assert their non-consent. It is possibly the most "American" thing that an individual can do! It also may be good to follow up with some timely documentation of the assertion of non-consent.

In all relations with government our agreement / consent is all that the government needs for their authority/permission and that is consequently used against us. As we come to realize the truth of how that works then we'll be far more aware of the necessity to question the authority and decline to agree.

I appreciate this particular Federal Court ruling! (Not bad for "citizens of the United States" aka US citizen.) However, what may at first appear as a "victory" if you look deeper (from an Organic Law perspective) you'll realize that the federal context perpetuates the obfuscation of a much greater Right to total freedom from all governmental intrusion. This greater freedom from all external government is rightfully claimed by every "free inhabitant". (Search "free inhabitant".) Understanding how this is possible will require that you know the four Organic Laws. I consider this knowledge as something that should have been taught in every elementary school. At least it can be taught in every home school! It will be taught in every Cheeta community![3]
