The energy the brain needs to work through for high level function comes directly into a person from the sun, not via anything else such as a plant. The sun's energy enters the Earths' atmosphere where its refracted off oxygen molecules causing it to split up producing energies of different frequencies in the same way crude oil can be cracked into its component parts or white light through a prism.

This energy radiated from the sun isn't light or any of the known energies as these energies can't be seen, detected or measured, but the human brain has found a way to harness and use them.

For higher functions the human brain uses only the finest, highest frequency energy which becomes available to it through this cracking process that happens in the atmosphere. The suns energy refracts off oxygen molecules, absorbing some of the oxygen energy, and splits up with the highest frequency energy drawn into the clear fluid around the brain called the cerebrospinal fluid through the temples.

The energy for middle level material brain processes such as thought and the intellect comes from food. Food energy can't be used for higher level functions to work through due to its material aspect making thought and the intellect only relevant in the material world.

The brain can work through food energy though when the food energy is filtered, as with the putty filters, which will be demonstrated further on.

As the energy that enters the cerebrospinal fluid becomes available due to the refracting process off oxygen molecules in the atmosphere this high frequency energy will now be referred to as air energy.

Because of its high frequency, air energy is effectively non physical, making it hard to detect, measure or meter, although it can work through the physical. Being non physical air energy is uncontaminated by any pollution in the atmosphere and enters the cerebrospinal fluid pure or filtered, separate from the lower frequency energies which can be contaminated in the atmosphere.

The cerebrospinal fluid being full of air energy is the natural default position of the brain and body, but in this raw state the brain can't work through it.

Air energy passes from the cerebrospinal fluid into the body through the clear fluid and, changing to become part of the body, or acceptable, to the immune system while also being recalibrated into something the brain can work through.

Another reason for air energy to travel into the body is because the body needs to be raised to a high level of physical robustness to support the higher brain functions. The 2 go together and it's this raising of physical robustness, when temporary, is the placebo effect.

When the cerebrospinal fluid is full of air energy, which raises the physical body condition to a more robust state the immune system works much more efficiently at a higher level all the time. So the placebo effect isn't noticed.

When the cerebrospinal fluid runs low of air energy the body condition loses energy and robustness and the immune system works at a lower more inefficient level.

Through belief in a placebo pill the brain releases a small amount of air energy from the cerebrospinal fluid raising the energy and robustness of the body condition which in turn make the immune system work at a higher, more efficient level, temporarily, before returning to a low level of operation due to running low on air energy.

This temporary condition of the immune system working at high efficiency after taking a placebo pill is referred to as the placebo effect.
