B-complex vitamins + magnesium taurate or choride :
Lowers bloodsugar spikes after meals.

Vitamin B1 100mg 2x a day, usually with breakfast & lunch : lowers bloodsugars/improves insulin uptake throughout the day. Increases urine output over the first few days of the treatment. Gives vibrant dreams and/or uneven sleep if intake is too high or too late in the day.

High-chromium yeast 50-100mg: lowers bloodsugars for 3-4 hours after a dose.

Magnesium taurate, malate and chloride, + iodine, selenium, boron and zinc: Massively improves insulin response/insulin uptake.

Stuff that helps regenerate pancreatic beta cells:
Butyric acid supplements/N-butyric acid both by triggering the generation of new beta cells, and the adaptation of alpha pancreatic cells into beta cells via mitochondrial activity.

Elimination of mycoplasma / biofilms / candidiasis, found commonly in type 1 diabetics by Dr Lonnie Herman in Florida (mycoplasma == cell wall deficient / fungal-type bacterium), search 'mycoplasma and diabetes' and get to know his videos

Strong herbal formulations such as this mix suggested by Tony Pallesco: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CCwzmi5DG0

Control of mycoplasma and parasitic coinfections via rife therapy and nutrient-dense diet (testimonial from a rife user)

Oral iodine therapy, testimonials from Dr Brownstein and Dr Flechas' practices

Reportedly once the infections suppressing beta cell function are under control, testimonials suggest it takes 6-8 months to fully regenerate the beta cells.

Personal research points to heavy metals and toxic halides being a complicating factor to healing, so chelation, mineral supplementation, and toxin-binding agents such as activated charcoal, bentonite, Inositol hexaphosphate (IP6) and the like alongside sauna therapy can prove helpful.
