Uphill climb to @heirloomexpo

No less than five nightmarish experiences yesterday Monday, August 3, two if them from the past.

My physical condition continues to concern me as far as my ability to travel to the national heirloom expo.

Yesterday I was having tingling sensations down my arms and tonight hands. Some of this was remedied by Lucy, A student of acupuncture at Pacific College. She did some excellent massage work on my upper spine and neck area. This was insightful and enlightening. I received some relief. He showed me and confirmed that part of what's going on with me and structural. Tension is definitely clearly related.

I could feel the sensations of tingling definitely increase as I was hearing an uncomfortable request.

The arm tension enhance was with me most of the day.
Part of this may have been processing disappointment in shock that the lovely person who had committed to drive me to the expo soon could not do it.

I have to stop now and check on some rent checks coming in.

I also had a Nother indication that it's not safe for me to be driving alone.

There were some young people crossing the street on skateboards can Ocean Beach near peoples food store and they had a green light. I was turning left on that green and did not see them in the crosswalk until they were close to me.
I have almost no mobility in my neck looking to the left.

I would've not committed to the article coming out in the August issue of the life connection if I did not have that commitment of help from the driver.

That article describes me taking the EEG mobile to Santa Rosa will be out in a few days.

At the last moment I was able to pull the paragraph from the story that indicated she was going to drive me.

The physical distractions and body feedback clearly interfering with my ability to take time to organize my notebooks.

I can feel some tension coming up through my arms again now as I recall some of the incidence of yesterday.

Is it safe for me to drive?
