The reason why it got impossible to access to my English HP from overseas
.

I asked the server of my HP why my English sites can't be accessed from overseas.
After several days the server answered as follows.

As there are many attacks to the server from overseas recently, it decided
to shut down all the access from overseas.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Oh, I now found the reason why it became impossible to access to
my site from overseas.

As I was introduced the server which can be accessed from overseas,
I'll make my English HP in it in the near future.
