The building is built on the rock like the groups of megalithic of Arches in Utah, USA.
Stone humans with wings and Stone humans whose coupling of atoms were loose were able to have gone up effortlessly.
The building weren't possibly able to be built by humans if the passage was not made and humans weren't able to live in such a high place.
