Feeling some improvement since yesterday's fatigue onslaught by caa522 .....

I'm trying to get myself in the right mind for re-feeding. Right now only plan is to go paleo but I need a more comprehensive plan.

I woke up pretty early around 5ish. I didn't quite sleep through the night as well as I had hoped. I think being in bed all day sporadically napping messed up my night sleeping.

i woke up about 5am not as rested as I thought I'd likely be and a mild headache. I just didn't have that spring to my step when getting up. Had my coffee enema which seems to usually clear things up as it did this morning. I was praying to God for guidance with healing especially with my back and right hip. I can't remember how but I somehow was googling stuff with fasting and I saw something about sacroiliac (SI) joint problems. As I spent a good amount of time getting informed that I realized that could be connection to my back/hip pain. Especially how I read that SI joint gets affected during pregnancy. I looked in youtube for different trigger point therapies to release the supporting muscles as well as strengthening exercises. Interestingly after doing all of them it seems to have aggravated things. I expect all that work to the SI joint and surrounding muscles will initially make things uncomfortable. I went to yoga class and wouldn't you know it the focus of the class was all hip work. Totally divine. By the end of class, I was so loosened up and pretty tired from all we did. We had to go right to church after and I struggled to sit up and stay awake. My husband insisted we go to Souplantation (buffet of soups, salads, pastas, desserts if u not familiar). I really didn't want to go b/c I didn't want to put myself in that position because I still being cautious about eating and portioning. There's a small part of me that wonders if there's a bit of sabotage there. We had not gone there for several months. Hmmm. Well, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I had soup and salad. I ate a bit more than I would like to have but it's weird being with family and trying to be more mindful/aware of my eating. So much stimulation and everyone chowing pretty quickly through their foods. Only thing I wasn't planning was I had one of those mini muffins ( Paleo is about no gluten) But oh heck we won't be doing this for a long while. I really love their soups. I had the good old chicken noodle soup (just the broth) and asian ginger soup (broth only). I could honestly just live on that all day.

I weighed in this morning at 131.2lbs and 26% BF.
Less than yesterday but a pound more than my lowest on this fasting round. I was still on ketosis but no longer at the highest 160mg/dL and instead at 40mg/dL but urine concentration could have quite a bit to do with that.

I am soooo very sleepy and tired right now.
got a nap in and reread a bit of my post. Wow sleepy brain fog seemed to affected my entry. I still feel sleepy right now and feel as full as when I fell asleep.

8:30pm
Got a full body massage. Yaaaayyy. I got in with my old fave masseuse. She is so in demand you have to book in advance. But I'm spontaneous and I don't like to plan ahead. My first usual go to gal was busy and so as a long shot I called the old one and got in! She is amazing!!! After the massage I got hungry and next door was our fave Vietnamese restaurant. Had pho soup: broth, basil, cilantro, and 2 peices of tendon. If anyone hasn't had tendon it practically dissolves in your mouth like butter. I had one vegetable spring roll (not fried) with tofu.

I will be heading to the gym soon. Definitely to get some sauna time in and hope to be able to get on the treadmill. I haven't had any cardio this whole weekend. I want to just get my circulation going, warm up the body, loosen up and release any tension.
