T.G.I.F - I so needed this day. After 3 rough days with that headache I was at breaking point. This was a much needed turn around. Grateful for this relief.

Very very busy day.
I woke up with a mild headache. Did my coffee enema and boom headache gone and been gone all day!!! Wahoooo. I felt so great. I decided I wanted to get rid of my highlights so i colored my hair to all dark golden brown. I hit the gym right after for sauna and treadmill. My right hip/knee/ankle felt amazing with brisk walking and running. No pain. Only small bit of tightness with hip. Chiro adjustment was pretty good. My back/hip adjusted amazing. Surprised there was no pain when he slammed my right hip. My neck wasn't as good as it usually is. I'm sure it was related to 3 days of headache, sinus pressure, and neck/shoulder tension. I wrapped up with an hour body massage. I was like jell-o when she was done. Did a bit of shopping and got myself a couple pair of running shorts. Happy day. I was hoping to be able to get a mani-pedi but it was not to be. I simply ran out of time with this day and so I did my own manicure.

Right now, I am doing partial/intermittent fast. So I'm fasting most of the day and will have one light meal veggie/protein low carb. I want to continue to be on ketosis because I'm still considering jumping back on a dry fast again. I just need a break and some sleep. I sleep so much better when I have some food. I just need to get in a better emotional state.

FYI I was at 135.6lb 27%BF this morning. I feel great but I still want to get to 120s. I'm not far that is why I want to keep going.

Nothing much to report. My head has been clear all day, no sinus pressure or problems with neck.
But I am feeling tired and ready to get some sleep. I had a light meal so I hope that I could sleep straight at least 4 hours. That would be wonderful.
