Powerful need to get organized: deep need for self care

Just woke up from a frustrating dream where I was with David Bronner and Jimbo of Jimbos. We stopped for lunch because everyone was hungry. They were outside waiting and I was making an avocado sandwich while the kitchen was making them other Avo sandwiches. Suddenly I realized this had become a media event. people were running outside to speak ti these two Seed Freedom heroes. I was having difficulty focusing my camera.

I realize this had to do with a deep need to get organized at a new level.

I'm also after A new grounding of self-care.

I do not want to have another experience of going to the hospital to remove kidney stone stones or blast them.

I need to do everything in my power to take care of myself

There was another part of the avocado story.

Send someone asked me while I was at a table with the group about how I learned to make avocado sandwich

This gave me an opportunity to reflect on my history with Michael Besancon, another powerful old friend who made his mark with the roots market before he retired.

I think something about the dream reminded me that I'm in association with very important people and to achieve my goals organization is essential.

Taking care of myself is another crucial go now.

I have made great and significant progress

I'm doing tai chi and chi gong
.
I'm in the face right this moment before the spring equinox where I need to slow down to speed up.

I felt frustration because I need to move Nadine's favorite ingredients forward as well. Some of this movement depends on her getting organized on the Internet.
