32 Days shifting the fast a bit with some food

32 Days today, feeling a lot better than yesterday's limbo place and lack of energy - went for a beautiful paddle after I wrote yesterday's blog & swim in the river I had all to myself except for jumping trout & birds - so sublime, very lucky to live here :) I also picked about 5 or 6 cups of wild blackberries, when I came home I felt refreshed, worked on transcribing & made a blackberry pie - I ate one sardine, one cooked beet with a couple spoonfuls of yogurt and one very small slice of the pie plus a few extra berries when I was picking them yesterday along with 3/4 ltr of coconut water, some warm water & lime, tea & a watermelon juice with lime & cilantro - all of that went down well - I think I'm going to continue on this way for some time now, having a small amount of food again - this morning I've awoken to wonderful dreams, feeling good, energized again, finishing off the transcribing - had a large glass of warm water with lime a cup of tea and another small slice of the pie I made (it's more berries than anything, not much sugar in it so fairly tart & the pastry I rolled very thin so that is very light as well - seems to be something that really works for where my digestion is at - energizing, & I think - blackberries have quite a high amount of magnesium, vitamin c & iron as well as being one of the highest antioxidant foods and helping with colon cancers etc - so probably the kind of perfect thing for me right now, am going to have one lamb chop tonight as well - not so much ending this fast as starting to alternate the liquid diet with some food sometimes when I feel really low energy etc, some days will probably still just stick to liquid and do some more juice - this is what I feel like now, & with this - pulling my energy back up, getting more active, cleaning the house which is very overdue now & keeping up the walking, kayaking, getting the new trainer bike going & the yoga & weight stuff... I'm feeling better about this, much more grounded, energized & focused about where I'm going... I was floating away there - I think it's time for a bit of alternation - having said that I don't think I'll be eating very much, nothing hard to digest - and not every day. Probably not really doing any carb sort of foods, maybe a little simple rice with some yogurt or avocado one day not today anyway... mainly feel like a bit of fruit & a bit of meat is probably the sort of small food I should take in & just go on like this for awhile, some times going back to liquids for a few days etc - see how that goes onwards to day 40 or so...
