Goldman's Goulash

On the phone with Lurrae.

Told her about what I ate for dinner last night and the powerful effect it had on my bow this morning the best in six months.

She heard me say my recipe and she came up with the words Goldman Goulash.

I will write up the recipe ASAP I'm blogging while I'm shopping now.
