No Need to Be Fat Sick & Nearly Dead

I am now into day three of water only. Day two was completed with success. I find myself with a little less energy, but at least my resolve is still very strong. I did not need to listen to the movie to strengthen my will. I am excited that there is no need for me to be "Fat Sick & Nearly Dead". That's has got to be my favorite movie to date.
