No wonder I have the absolute best experiences of feeling completely well nourished (better than anything else I have tried throughout my whole entire life) every time that I have raw goat's milk as the main part of my diet!

In January 2015 it will be 44 years since my initial "inquiry" as to what food/s I can confidently rely on for my complete nourishment. Now as I approach the 44 year "anniversary" I finally have the certainty as to what that food is! It is Raw Goat Milk and it is why I have started this blog rather than blend this into my "Chef Jemichel" blog:

My living dream now is to spread the news far and wide of this most outstanding complete nourishment in an easier-to-digest form than cow's milk. Don't get me wrong - I am not at all against cows or any of their wonderful milk products! My "Raw Milk" blog continues to share the blessings of real milk from cows as well as all the animals that anyone, anywhere may have to work with (including camels, mares, elephants, yaks, buffalo, you name it)!

Goat milk compared to cow’s milk has:
89% less Casein and is therefore less allergenic,
smaller fat globules, higher levels of medium chain fatty acids, 10% less lactose, softer bolus (curd) when proteins clump up in the stomach making it much more digestible,
a greater amount of essential fatty acids, significantly greater amounts of vitamin B-6, vitamin A, and niacin,
a far superior source of potassium making it react in an alkaline way in the body, whereas cow milk reacts in a slightly acid way.
Goat milk contains twice the healthful medium chain fatty acids which are highly antimicrobial,
is a rich source of the trace mineral selenium, with 27% more than cow milk,
has 13% more calcium, 25% more vitamin B-6, 47% more vitamin A, 134% more potassium, three times more niacin, and is four times higher in copper than cow's milk.
In relation to minerals, goat milk has higher levels of phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and substantially higher levels of manganese than cow's milk.
Goat milk could help bone diseases such as anemia and bone demineralization.
Goat milk helps with the digestive and metabolic utilization of minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Goat milk has lower levels of estrogen metabolites which are believed to be associated with cancers of the reproductive system.
"According to Dr. Sears, 'goat’s milk contains less than ten percent of the amount of folic acid contained in cow’s milk means that it must be fortified with folic acid in order to be adequate as a formula or milk substitute for infants and toddlers' ..."
