This is the story of how I realized I had a body odor issue and dealt with it. It also includes a way you can begin to deal with your body odor.

Personal Backstory
Three years ago, I came back from my trip to Africa to begin a new school year. I was confident, I had lost weight, and I was ready to be at the top of my academic class. I started to notice that my head reeked. BAD. I went crazy searching for answers. I washed my hair everyday and dried it out because if it was dry then the odor would be low instead my hair being hot, sweaty and full of moisture. I tried to consult my physician because she is my only doctor but she thought I was nuts. A few weeks into the school year the odor worsened. It was like garlic. A couple months later the odor went from garlic to rotten eggs. It was no longer a smelly hair issue, I smelled all over. High school was hell!
How did I deal with this? I ate candy, cake, cookies, almost every junk food I could buy at a convenient store. My worst food dependency was Chinese food. My regular was Pu Pu platter a couple times a month. I could buy a box of medium pizza and eat it all and still feel hungry. I was depressed and beyond suicidal (mentally)...(To Be Continued).
When It Starts
If you are the lucky ones who have started to recognize your odor issue, fix it. FIX IT NOW! You know its what you eat, do not act like you do not know and eat your feelings out. If you are like me and your doctor cannot help you, look at candida and leaky gut syndrome. Our condition is special where as typical people with candida do not have to deal with the body odor. Get some understanding of how your body is behaving and how some of this is possible. Having determination to understand your condition will stall the suicidal thoughts.
