End of day 23!

I would like to say how hard a water fast is. Every day I want to quit and every day I convince myself to stay with it. There are so many thoughts fighting with one another in my head. I'm near the end and that is great but it's always the health benefits that keep me going. I'm feeling positive. The scale hasn't moved in a few days.
