Didn't Get Caught in the Trap

Day one completed with success. I had a short period where I was very hungry. During that time I was tempted to break it and start again tomorrow. I was able to get through it by telling myself that tomorrow never comes. I've been caught in that trap before. There are too many tomorrows that never arrive. Things will never get accomplished with that logic.
I am about four hours into day two. Tomorrow at this time it will be half over. I've read some fasting testimonies where people successfully water fast nearly every week this long. Their body eventually gets used to it and they are reaping health rewards from this practice. I used to think that was too much fasting due to reading literature where people give their fasting opinions with this mind set. Some claim to be experts. Then as I expanded my reading, I read from others, who also claimed to be experts, that are saying just the opposite. They have testimonies to support their claims. I suppose the answer lies with each individual person. What is a very healthful activity for one person may be harmful to another. We all have different issues and makeups.
