Fall Equinox

We gently Let Go
of that which no longer serves us
and watch as it slowly, lovingly, falls away
as an Autumn leaf drifts from the tree
down to Great Mother.

As the outer world slows and slumbers
in the coming seasons
our branches appear to be barren
yet deep within us New Energies begin to emerge,
first as fleeting impressions, images, thoughts, and intuition
and then as solid germs
of Inner Truth and Wisdom.

Finally, with the coming of Spring,
we Bud,
we Bloom,
We Blossom
