Amazed

I am amazed at how well I am doing. I am not quite as tired as I was yesterday. Yesterday was probably the most challenging day of the fast so far. There are now only three days left. I can't wait.

I weighed myself again today. What a pleasant surprise to discover that I have dropped another five pounds. That makes ten pounds of the thirty pound goal attained. :)

It feels so good to be in day eight. :)
